The Colibri BL512 is a semi-automatic, swing arm, tyre changer. It is suited to work on 10” to 23” rims and does not require any special attachments when working on alloy rims, up to 20”. Available in single phase (220V) and three phase (380V), the Colibri is the ideal machine for any tyre fitment centre. |
 | Sicam - Falco AL 520
The Falco AL 520 is an automatic, tilt back tyre changer aimed at the fitment centre that requires speed and precision when servicing their customer’s needs. The AL 520 also operates between the wheel sizes of 10” to 23” and alloy rims up to 20’ but the pneumatic locking of the demount head in combination with the tilt back tower means that the operator can mount and demount quickly and easily. The Falco AL 520 has a two speed motor which offers extra power when dealing with larger wheels. If the Falco AL 520 is accompanied by a Tecnoroller SL it becomes a Run-Flat Tyre Changer (See Tecnoroller SL for details) |
 | Sicam - Falco AL 530
AL 530 ITR is an automatic tyre changer, for 10” to 33” wheels, able to work on 30” alloy rims without using special attachments. AL 530 ITR is equipped with an inflating device for tubeless tyres. That device is activated by a side pedal that allows a standard inflation too. Thanks to his “Racing” double height pole and the three position bead breaker it is suitable to work on particularly wide tyres. |
 | Sicam - Tecnoroller XL
TECNOROLLER XL is a device designed to speed up and simplify mounting and demounting operations of all types of tyre and RUN FLAT models particularly. Its two arms help the operator mount and press the bead into the channel, during mounting phase, and lift the tyre during the demounting phase avoiding any kind of efforts.
The optional “helper” device, that can be ordered with the machine or later on, allow to follow the bead stopping point, assisting the operators, during mounting phase, with the most difficult tires. |
 | Sicam - Tecnoroller SL
The Tecnoroller SL is an ancillary device that can be added to the Falco AL 520 and the Falco NA526 to assist with the mounting and demounting of Run-Flat and Low Profile tyres. The Tecnoroller has two stationary positions where the tyre can be pressed into the wheel well as well as an optional third arm which moves as the tyre is turned on to the rim during mounting. The Tecnoroller SL is pneumatically operated. |

The TCS 60 is a fully automatic universal tyre changer. All movements of the working arm and the trolley are hydraulic and are guided by the movable remote control unit. It is particularly suitable for handling truck wheels, farm wheels, earth-moving and industrial wheels from 14” to 60” (max wheel diameter 2900 mm and maximum wheel width 1550 mm). |

The TCS 52 NW is a universal tyre changer suitable for handling truck, farm, earth-moving and industrial wheels from 14” to 56”. The SBM 55s is the new compact and economical wheel balancer for car and light industrial vehicle wheels. It has a simple and intuitive control panel for greater functionality. A single automatic gauge aids in the placement of adhesive weights on alloy wheels. |
 | SBM 245
Replacing the SBM 250 in the Sicam range is the SBM 245 which is a step up in the range of Sicam wheel balancers. The SBM 245 is ideal for fitment centers that work with alloy wheels more often than not. It has two automatic gauges for measuring and entering the wheel data and the inside automatic gauge works in conjunction with the “AluEasy” program which helps the user with the placement of the adhesive weights on the inside of alloy wheels. The “AluEasy” program also offers the option of hiding the weights behind spokes on the rim with the “Weight Split Program”. The SBM 245 can comfortably balance wheels upto 30"" in diameter and 20"" wide. |
 | Sicam - BM V780
The SBM V780 is a Windows based balancer with a 15” LCD monitor and a soft touch control panel. Besides the standard dynamic and static balancing functions, the different ALU programs, the weight separation it offers the wheel Run-out control and the wheel Side Slip control with the use of a laser. The rim width is automatically measured by the laser, leaving only two measurements to be done by the operator and those are both done with a single gauge, the ALUDATA arm. The protection cover operates automatically and the motor control stops the wheel on weight position. The integrated lift slides towards the flange to assist with the locking of the wheel. |
 | Sicam - SBM 850
The SBM 850 is the truck wheel balancer in the Sicam range but can balance car wheels as well. It has a two speed rotation system which is automatically selected based on the wheel data which is entered. This balancer can balance truck, bus and car wheels with high precision. Automatic centering of the wheel is simplified considerably by the pneumatic lifting device which is an integral part of this balancer. |
 | Falco AF3000
The Falco AF 3000 is the super-automatic Tyre Changer,
created to meet the most demanding applications in the
Car Tyre Market. Its new hydraulic tools allows you to work on all wheels without damaging the rim and without using the lever. Furthermore, it requires no effort from the operator, who will only have to control the operation with the control switch unit.
The several possibilities, given by the tools combination with the two bead breaker rollers, make the machine particularly fast and suitable to work on all tyres, run flat and PAX wheels particularly. The standard equipment, that includes the Lift and the
