• Trolley jacks are strictly designed for lifting, not for long-term weight-bearing support.
• Jack stands/trestles must always be placed below a vehicle after lifting to safely hold the weight for extended periods—as per SANS71 & the Driven Machinery Act. The load must be supported by a solid, load-bearing structure.
