- Alloy Steel Pump Base: The mechanism base is manufactured from forged alloy steel rather than traditional cast ductile iron. Cast iron often contains microscopic pinholes that cause internal oil leakage over time—alloy steel completely eliminates this vulnerability.
- Contaminant-Free Hydraulics:
- The alloy steel base undergoes an ultra-sonic, high-pressure cleaning process. Because it is forged steel, it leaves behind zero machine-cutting burrs or residues that can clog hydraulic circuits.
- Unlike sand-cast iron bases, alloy steel will not release microscopic dust powder into the system, keeping the hydraulic oil pristine and extending the jack’s lifecycle.
- Easy Maintenance: If the pump piston seals ever wear out from heavy, long-term use, they can be replaced in the exact same manner as the regular Winntec series.
